Currently, if you do a Google search on this question you will be told that the average delivery Buffalo Logistics delivery time is 3 to 4 days.

This is patently wrong, (I am not sure where these websites are getting this information).

All you need to do is head to the Buffalo Services page which sets out estimated delivery times for the various options available.

1. International Airline

With offices and facilities in China and Buffalo being used by the likes of Shein (based in China), one of the most popular services is International airline.

Here, Buffalo states that one aircraft a day leaves China and that delivery time can be anything between 5 and 15 days.

The length of time is generally impacted by the smoothness of the customs clearance process (the contents of the package), and where in South Africa it is being delivered to.

2. International Cargo Ship

Container ship entering port

Understandably, any international shipment traveling via cargo ship is going to take longer.

Here, the Buffalo website states that delivery time can be anything between 30 and 40 days.

Customs clearance will also factor in, but any item traveling by sea will have a long shipment time.

3. Overseas Location (Dropshipping & eCommerce)

It isn’t easy to ascertain what is being offered with the Buffalo overseas location option

The delivery time is fast, however, ranging between 1 and 5 days.

From what I can make out, it is a service for the likes of Shein where they have warehouses in South Africa and are looking to ship items to customers in a speedy fashion.

Buffalo can ensure that expedited delivery takes place throughout its various overseas locations based across South Africa.

4. Domestic Delivery

How Long Does Buffalo Take to Deliver in South Africa?

Domestic Delivery is obviously where the origin and the destination are both located in South Africa.

Here, Buffalo takes between 1 to 5 days to deliver in South Africa.

Customs clearance is not an issue here and the time for delivery is dependent on the distance between the two locations within South Africa.

All said and done, what I have stated above are the estimated delivery times listed on the Buffalo website.

Buffalo recommends that you talk to customer services for each of these services to find out how long you can expect to wait for delivery.

Essentially, all deliveries are different and there can be factors taking place that will impact the speed of the shipment.

That being said, the above delivery windows do represent a guide as to the nature of each service.

Hopefully, the sender has chosen appropriately, and your package will be with you soon.
