It is now inside the DHL e-commerce facility closest to the delivery address. It will be sorted with the facility for dispatch to USPS that is in charge of last-mile delivery, as per the relationship DHL has with the post office on eCommerce packages.
How many DHL eCommerce Facilities are there in the USA?
There are currently 19 DHL eCommerce facilities located strategically throughout the U.S so that all states can be served sufficiently.

What Happens After an “Arrival Destination DHL eCommerce Facility” Update?
After you have received this update, your package will be sorted for onward transit toward the delivery address.
As mentioned above, this can be a local USPS facility or post office as USPS is responsible for last-mile delivery on DHL eCommerce packages.
Ultimately, this update is a standard alert that signifies the shipment is progressing as it should.
The next tracking alert you should expect to see once the package has been transferred to USPS is, “Tendered to Delivery Service Provider“. (“Forwarded for Delivery” is also used by DHL, which means the same thing.)

What Happens if my Package is Stuck on the “Arrival Destination DHL eCommerce Facility” Update?
If your shipment appears to be stuck on this update for more than 2 business days, there could have been a mis-scan within the facility (meaning your package is in fact in transit, but no tracking update created) or the package has been held-up due to delays.
Either way, you should contact DHL regarding the item for more information. You can also contact the shipper to alert them to the fact the package has become delayed in transit.
