The Different UPS PAK options
UPS Pad PAK
UPS Pad PAKs are designed for important documents. The sleeves are water-resistant and feature a bubble wrap lining. Only one size is available:
- Regular: 14.75” x 11.5”
UPS Express Hard PAK
Another package option for sensitive documents is UPS Express Pad PAK. However, these come in a box form. One size is available.
- Regular: 14.75” x 11.5”
UPS Express PAK
For larger document shipments you might want to use UPS Express PAK. Similar to the Pad PAK, the sleeve is designed for flat items.
UPS Express PAK comes in two sizes:
- Regular: 12.75” x 16”
- Large: 17.73” x 16.15”
UPS Express Hard PAK Secure
UPS Express Hard PAK is the package option for jewelry, mobile devices, and other small electronics.
It comes in a corrugated box form, lined with bubble wrap. It also features a dual-locking closure. One size is available:
- Regular: 14.75” x 11.5”

How Much Does UPS PAK Cost?
All UPS PAK boxes and pads are free for users of UPS shipping services. Essentially, you are paying for delivery, not how it is packaged.
