I contact my sender that’s the way it was said to me you guys pick it up and drop it off at the usps and it is ship through them..

My local Post Office supervisor said there are 500 UPS Mail Innovations packages… all undeliverable… in her building from just this week. She says UPS has failed to put a usable USPS barcode on all of them. Without that USPS barcode to scan the Post Office can not deliver the packages. The packages do have addresses, but that’s apparently not enough for the Post Office. The supervisor also said the UPS drivers will not take the packages back.
(Might as well send those packages directly to a dumpster.)
Package came to the town where it was to be delivered and then moved to Connecticut. It’s been sitting there a week. Mail innovations is a joke.

Ordered a Hess toy for a Christmas present on Dec. 12. The company sent it via UPS and it stopped in Windsor, CT and no further action. Although, it looked like it reached USPS Stoneham, MA but not “signed off by USPS”. I went to the Post Office and was told USP is behind on their shipping and they had not received anything from them. What’s up? Shame on both carriers if as said in another post the USPS won’t accept anything without their barcode on the package? Both carriers and their illustrious leaders out to get their acts together. Shame on the waste if our products are being tossed! They both be prosecuted for theft and financial losses!!!!!
I ordered a Hess product for a grandson’s Christmas present on December 5th, 2022. It was sent via UPS from Trenton, N.J. and logged into Windsor, CT on Dec. 12th. Allegedly, it was forwarded by UPS to Stoneham, MA USPS, but not signed for? According to a previous commentator, packages are supposed to have a USPS barcode in order for delivery???? Well, who is responsible for that? I checked into the Stoneham, USPS and was told by the manager that yes, both UPS and USPS have contracts to get products delivered for each other, but that UPS is extremely behind and that no UPS packages have been delivered there in Stoneham for quite awhile. So, what is really going on? There should be class action lawsuits for losses against both USPS and UPS for failing to get packages delivered. That manufacturing, customers and insurers are losing millions. Who are the leaders of these providers and why aren’t they culpable?
